Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?

Yes. Our services are available to both individuals and business owners. Whether you need a single document notarized or ongoing bookkeeping support, we work with you directly.

What should I bring to a notary appointment?

Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned document(s) you need notarized. Do not sign the document beforehand, as the notary must witness your signature. If other parties need to sign, they must be present with their own ID.

Is mobile notary service available?

Yes. We offer mobile notary service and will travel to your home, office, hospital, nursing home, or other location. A mobile travel fee of $5 applies, plus mileage at the current IRS business rate.

Do you offer remote online notarization?

Yes. Remote online notarization (RON) is available at $30 per act. This allows documents to be notarized via a secure video call without an in-person meeting.

Can you handle loan signings?

Yes. Loan signing and signing agent services are available. Pricing is provided as a quote based on the specific assignment. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Are hospital and nursing home visits available?

Yes. We accommodate hospital and nursing home visits by appointment. Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate timing and any special requirements.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks. We can set up a new account, take over an existing one, or work within your current setup. All records, reports, and reconciliations are maintained in QuickBooks.

How often will my books be updated?

Books are updated monthly. You will have accurate, reconciled records at the end of each month, ready for tax prep, financing applications, or day-to-day decisions.

Do you help with tax preparation?

Accepted Answer

We provide year-end readiness and tax prep support, including organized records and financial reports your accountant or tax preparer can use directly. We do not file taxes, but we make sure your books are in order before that process begins. We can also recommend individual tax preparers if you need one.
